IDEA: to make a portrait of a sweet girl

Croped and moved to look the best
A new layer with Overlay + 50% gray applied to make the eyes whiter; the white brush and a 10% opacity
A second layer - blank - and the Healing Brush Tool to make the skin more smooth
A third layer with Overlay + 50% gray and a red brush to add color to the lips - and a white brush to brighten teeth
The the Hue/Saturation 0/-80/-15 in order to take some of the color out of the picture
The Curves to create contrast and the Levels to add on to this effect
Then the Elliptical Marque Tool was used to make a cirkle around the head - Refine Edge to make a vignette 1/0/5/90/50
Finally, a border with Pastel Medium Tip Brush - to increase the picture.
