IDEA: to make some birds clear, others blurred

Croped and moved to look the best focusing on one thirds from the edge
Made to Smart Objects to be non-destructive.
A Filter - the Unsharpen Mask is chosen with a Radius at 3 to make the picture in generel and the waves in particular more sharp
Another layer is made and anoter filter - this time the Motion Blur - distance 25 pixels is applied.
A Layer Mask is added to the Smart Object and in this, the Gradient Tool makes sure that a part of the picture remains sharp
Then Hue/Saturation is changed a bit +8/-52-12 to make it more blue/gray - once again a Gradient Tool has been applied to make sure the clear birds remain a bit more blue.
Furthermore, at bit curves is applied to the whole picture

Composition: trying to aim at one thirds...
